Martin was extremely helpful - I called him on the Saturday morning about getting more storage on my laptop in time for the start of uni on Monday and he had it all done before my lectures on Monday morning. Great service, great communication, great value, and overall really helpful and efficient. Thank you.

Contacted Martin via e-mail with a request to set an old laptop up with a 'dual boot' Windows 7 and Windows XP after trying unsuccessfully to complete the task myself and rendering the laptop useless! Martin responded quickly with a quote of £45/hour and roughly 2 hours work. Dropped the laptop with him on a Thursday and collected again on Monday morning. Everything working perfectly. Martin had also loaded a free anti-virus software package to protect the laptop if used on the internet. I suspect it took longer than the original 2 hour estimate, but still only charged £80. Great service, very professional, and will certainly use again if I have further PC issues.
If you're looking for great service, Martin ticks all the boxes !! Highly recommended.
