Contacted Martin via e-mail with a request to set an old laptop up with a ‘dual boot’ Windows 7 and Windows XP after trying unsuccessfully to complete the task myself and rendering the laptop useless! Martin responded quickly with a quote of £40/hour and roughly 2 hours work. Dropped the laptop with him on a Thursday and collected again on Monday morning. Everything working perfectly. Martin had also loaded a free anti-virus software package to protect the laptop if used on the internet. I suspect it took longer than the original 2 hour estimate, but still only charged £80. Great service, very professional, and will certainly use again if I have further PC issues.
